Greetings to you in the love of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
It is great privilege for us to serve our Heavenly Father together with you. Your prayer and financial support is very important for us. I am so much grateful to our Lord for you. Thank you so much for everything that you’re doing for us! May our Heavenly Father bless you abundantly for your faithful ministry in Ukraine and provide your every need by the riches of His mercy!
This summer was rich with different services and events both in our church and in our family. Thus, this year for the first time in several years we were able to go to the sea with our entire family. It was a wonderful week. Our children were so impressed. For the first time in their lives they saw so much water, ships and jellyfish. It was a wonderful time together, which so often we are lacking. We are very much grateful to the Lord for this rest.
In our ministry the Lord blessed us to hold three evangelistic camps this summer. They were held in the public schools and one camp was held in our church for children from needy families and orphans (photo 1). In one of our camps we had a very special boy, Artyom. He had very good behavior and was very reasonable. After talking to him, we found out that he lives alone with his mother, who is alcohol addicted and lives an immoral lifestyle. But, thank God, this camp affected her too, because after this camp she visited our church service together with her son. We pray the Lord to touch her heart and transform the life of her family. All the young people from our church visited the summer youth festival of the churches of the central Ukraine. One young man repented then. Praise God! His name is Alexander and he is 20 years old (photo 2). We build friendly relationships with him and help him to grow up spiritually.
Three of our sisters in Christ and four unbelieving women visited the evangelistic camp for women.
Children from the needy families, who attend our Day Center, had a chance to rest during a week in the overnight camp in Khmelnitsky region.
We had many other events and services and it is very hard to describe all of them. I would like to tell about the most special. Thus, recently the Lord encouraged me in my prayers for the revival among youth. One young lady repented at our youth service. Her name is Galya. It was her firm decision to turn to the Lord and follow Him. In few days after Galya’s repentance, my wife met her, and saw a great change in Galya. Praise God!
The Lord blesses us to develop the prayer ministry in our church. Last month our sisters united for the overnight prayer and recently they made the prayer bulletin and all members of our church pray according to these needs every day. They pray each hour for the certain need. It is so wonderful because the entire congregation feels the real strength of God when He answers our prayers.
A few weeks ago I had a phone call from the hospital with a request to visit one sick young man. His name is Vitaliy and he is 25 years old. He has cancer of the terminal stage. When I visited him, he was so broken and I didn’t know what to tell him. But I prayed and then just shared the Gospel and God’s plan of salvation with him. I told him that he should be ready to meet with the Lord. I saw that my words saddened Vitaliy even more because he wanted me to heal him. After some time, I called him and was gladly surprised, when I heard him saying: “Ruslan, I am glad to hear you. Thank you for your call. I am in the hospital now, but after treatment I will be very glad to meet with you.” The Lord is making miracles, transforming lives and hearts of people. Praise God!
Dear friends, please, pray for Alexander, Galya, Vitaliy and our entire church. We need your prayers because we realize that prayer has a great power. We also pray for the evangelistic family groups that we want to start this winter. We have certain difficulties in arranging the papers on our church building and finishing the construction of the Sunday school classes and the Day Center. We need your prayers very much.
Thank you so much for your love to our family and church. May the Lord richly bless you with His Father’s blessing, fill the desires of your hearts and help you in your problems! We love you very much and always remember you in our prayers.
