Greetings to you in the love of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
I am very much grateful to God for this blessing to write to you and share with you our blessings and prayer needs. I am very much grateful to God for His church. He uses us for salvation of Ukrainian people. May the Lord answer our prayers and richly bless you with all of His abundant blessings! May He reward you hundredfold for your faithful and sacrificial ministry! It means so much for us.
By God’s mercy our life and ministry continues and develops. Our children grow up – our middle daughter Mariyka has started attending the kindergarten. Therefore now it is easier for my wife to deal with all the chores about the house. She is my great helper and a blessing from God. The Lord blesses us in our ministry and it is a great joy for my wife and me.
The Lord gave to us the helpers in our ministry – a married couple, Daniel and Alyona. They are young people, full of energy and desire to serve the Lord. Daniel is learning to preach and helps us in the church construction. Now we are getting ready for the children’s camp in our church and decided to make a special yard where we would play games with children. We want to make the lawn near our church for this purpose, so that children would play safely and enjoy the games.
Our summer is very rich with different children’s and youth projects. We have already held three evangelistic camps for children in the local public schools, attended by about 150 children (photo 2). We also have organized the youth picnic and plan to visit with our youth and teenagers the local youth festival. Please, pray for this festival to help our youth growing up spiritually because it hurts me seeing that some young people are falling spiritually.
Recently the Lord induces us to pay attention to the problems in families. In our town many families suffer from conflicts and more than half of the families end with divorce. Christian families also have problems. Therefore our Lord touched our hearts to organize the family meetings on which we would discuss the actual topics and problems. When we started preparing these meetings, we were convinced that it truly was God’s will for us to start this ministry because we felt the opposition from God’s enemy. No unbelievers agreed to come, but sisters from our church united in prayer for this ministry.
Thank God, we have already held our first meeting, attended by six married couples. The Lord brought the unchurched husbands of ladies from our church. They had been against us, but they came to this meeting and listened about how to build their relationships according to the Word of God (photo 3). This meeting passed very blessed and we all agreed to continue this ministry. We plan to organize the home groups of Bible study for families, called “Familybuilders”.
The Lord blesses us to develop the prayer ministry in our church. Last month our sisters united for the overnight prayer and recently they made the prayer bulletin and all members of our church pray according to these needs every day. They pray each hour for the certain need. It is so wonderful because the entire congregation feels the real strength of God when He answers our prayers.
Dear friends, we ask you to keep praying for Ukraine and for our church. We need your prayers very much. We plan to bring ladies from our church with their unchurched friends to the evangelistic camp for women. We also ask you to pray for the development of the family ministry and construction of the Prayer House.
Thank you so much for your prayer and financial support. We need it so much. May our almighty Lord bless you and reward you hundredfold by His great love and mercy! Thank you so much for your sacrificial love to our family. May the peace, love, harmony and mutual understanding fill your families! We love you very much and always remember you in our prayers.
